We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards. All international orders are credit card only. Personal checks and Money Orders accepted for USA Zip Codes only. Returned checks are subject to a $20 service charge. No C.O.D. orders. All prices at Scrapbooks.com shown are in U.S. funds. All shipping charges are in U.S. funds.
"I'll Call with Credit Card Info" Option
Paying on-line is very safe but we understand if you would prefer to simply give us a call to provide your credit card information. If this is the case during checkout select the "Iıll call with credit card info" option. This ensures that your order is transmitted to us, and the time you spend on the phone minimized. Then simply call us toll free 800-419-4949 and provide your credit card information to a customer service representative.
"I'll Send a Check" Option
You may also mail your check or money order to us at our mailing address. Put the order number, that we provide you on or E-mail confirmation on your check or money order. Send to KMA, P.O. Box 728, Spanish Fork, Utah, 84660. Please be advised your order will not ship until your check is processed. Check must be received within 10 working days or the order placed will be cancelled. Returned checks are subject to a $20 service charge.
Utah Sales Tax
Currently, most companies doing business on the internet use the same taxation rules as those used for mail order. These rules are based on constitutional guidelines for interstate commerce. This means that states can only require companies to collect sales tax in states where they have business operations, and as a result, companies will not collect sales in states where they have no business operations. Since Scrapbooks.com operates only out of Utah, we only charge Sales Tax in Utah. There is no tax on gift certificates. When ordering, Utah residents are reminded to choose ³Yes² for payment of Utah sales tax in the ³Shipping Method² portion of the checkout, as orders might necessarily be delayed as we manually make the correction.

Prices shown and availability are subject to change without notice. Prices in effect at the time of purchase are final. If prices change, we will process your order and notify you of the difference. Some quantities are limited.
Product Pricing Policy

Credit Card Refunds
All credits will be registered on the credit card used for the original purchase. Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Be sure to click on the "Save your credit card information" button when you place your order to insure proper crediting of your credit card.
When Your Card Is Charged
When you finalize your order your credit card is authorized for the amount of your order. As your order exits our shipping system your credit card will be charged for the amount of purchase using the authorization previously obtained when you place your order. Your order will then be shipped that day or the following work day.

Credit Card Security Information
Scrapbooks.com understands that you are concerned about the security of the information you entrust to us. It is very important to us, too. To make sure your information is safely guarded we use what the industry calls Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). When you enter the page which requests your personal information, you will notice two subtle things happen to the window in which the information page exists. At the top of the window, where the web address of the current page is, you will see that the normal http://…… changes to https//…. Also the lower left hand of your browser window will change to an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending which browser you use). Those two indicators tell you that you have entered a secure area. Some browsers give you a warning window when you move from a secure area to a non-secure area. Don't be alarmed you haven't done anything wrong just click on "continue" to proceed. You may receive more than one warning message.
What does secure area mean?
SSL encrypts all information that goes between your computer and our server so it cannot be stolen in transit. This is a commonly accepted way of receiving private information using Netscape Navigator or Microsoft Internet Explorer.

Please note that e-mail is not encrypted and is not considered a secure means of transmitting credit card numbers and that we will NEVER ask for sensitive information via e-mail. Your email confirmation will not contain sensitive credit card information.
