Shipping Information

Scrapbooks.com ships the majority of our web orders via UPS Ground. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO, and US Territories are sent via Postal Delivery (Priority/Insured). Please allow 10-14 business days for orders to reach you. Delays occasionally occur when items are out of stock. Please be sure to provide your daytime phone number and e-mail address in case we need to contact you concerning your order.

Shipping & Handling Charges - UPS GROUND
All Shipping charges are based on the order subtotal before any discounts are calculated.

UPS GROUND RATES:
Up to $50.00 = $5.75
$50.01 - $200.00 = $7.75
Over $200 = 8% of subtotal
The above shipping only applies to orders shipped within the Continental United States with a physical address. NO PO Boxes. Since our carriers do not deliver to post office boxes, any address containing a post office box number cannot move via UPS but will be shipped USPS at our current USPS rates.

Postal Delivery - USPS required for all PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, Military and U.S. Possessions and Territories.
USPS delivery required for all PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, Military and U.S. Possessions and Territories. All Shipping charges are based on the order subtotal before any discounts are calculated.

USPS RATES:
Up to $50.00 = $8.75
$50.01 - $200.00 = $10.75
Over $200 = 8% of subtotal

AFO/FPO customers are responsible for any and all customs duties and taxes. Please see statement regarding Duties and Customs.

Shipping International
All Shipping charges are based on the order subtotal before any discounts or coupons are calculated.

We accept only credit card orders. All international packages except Canada have the choice of shipping UPS Worldwide Express or USPS PP Air Insured. UPS Worldwide rates are listed below If you choose PP Air Insured you will be charged ACTUAL freight at the time of shipment. Your shopping cart will not reflect your freight charges at the time of ordering. Please note your freight choice on your order:

UPS WORLD WIDE RATES:
Up to $50 = $72.75
$51 - $100 = $90.75
$101 - $200 = $110.75
$201 - $300 = $123.75
$301 - $400 = $140.75
$401 - $500 = $210.75
Over $500 = will be a combined freight charge.
Example: $599 order will be $210.75 + $90.75
Please see statement regarding Duties and Customs. We cannot ship aerosols or liquids overseas.

***PLEASE NOTE: The United States Postal Service does not offer tracking or delivery confirmation services for international deliveries, we cannot be responsible for lost or delayed packages. Unfortunately, it will not be possible for you to utilize the tracking features on our website www.scrapbooks.com. Please contact us if your package does not arrive within 60 days.

Duties and Customs
All shipments made outside the USA are subject to import customs charges, duties, fees and or taxes which are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local Customs Office for an estimate of charges on your order.

Canadian Shipping
We accept credit card purchases only. Orders will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service, and charged ACTUAL freight. Shipping charges will be added at time of shipment and will not appear in your shopping cart at the time of ordering. Contact your local postal service for an estimate of charges on your order. Shipping for WHOLESALE Accounts
All wholesale accounts pay ACTUAL FREIGHT CHARGES. We ship UPS. We can ship USPS at your request. Just make your shipping option known when placing your order.

Shipping for CANADIAN Wholesale Accounts
All Canadian Wholesale Accounts pay ACTUAL FREIGHT CHARGES. We ship PP Air Insured. If a different shipping method other than our normal method is chosen you take full responsibility for the package once it leaves KMA. Just make your shipping method known when you place your order. All extra duties, taxes or custom charges that may be incurred are your responsibility. Check with your customs office for an estimate of these charges.

Shipping for INTERNATIONAL Wholesale Accounts
All International wholesale accounts pay ACTUAL FREIGHT CHARGES. We can ship UPS Worldwide Express or PP Air Insured. All packages are insured. If shipping USPS we must comply with their policies regarding lost or stolen packages. If a different shipping method other than our normal method is chosen you take full responsibility for the package once it leaves KMA. Just make your shipping method known when you place your order. All extra duties, taxes or custom charges that may be incurred are your responsibility. Check with your customs office for an estimate of these charges.

FPO/APO Shipments (AA-AE-AP)
For shipments to FPO/APO addresses please be advised that UPS will not ship to these addresses, either by ground or by air. Orders are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. See Postal Delivery for a list of rates. AFO/FPO Customers are responsible for custom duties. Please see statement regarding Duties and Customs.

Delivery Time
All orders are shipped as soon as possible. For fastest delivery use your credit card. Most orders ship within 2-4 business days of placing your order. However, depending on orders received shipping time does vary and can be longer than 2-4 business days. If you wish to have your package arrive by a certain date, please leave the date in the comments section and we will strive to accommodate your request. Once it ships, orders via ground service are in route 2 - 3 business days to the West Coast and 6 - 8 business days to the East Coast. Please allow 10-14 business days for your order to reach you. You will be pleased when you receive your order as they are packed with care with protective materials to ensure safe, complete and unbroken arrival.

Express Shipping
Yes, if requested, it can be done. But shipping overnight is very expensive and not recommended. Express Shipping charges subject to change as carrier's rates change. Express Shipping for the Continental United States Only. Sorry, no Express shipping available to Hawaii, Alaska, APOs, FPOs, U.S. territories or international destinations. Remember: with these express shipping options, your order may still take up to 48 hours to process, but will then travel via the method you have selected. If you wish to express ship your package, please tell us in the comments section in the checkout.
